Southern Manitoba Potatoes
Did I do something wrong with my potatoes or is this normal? We get high winds here and direct sun. Is this normal for this time of year?

Not a movie but a show
Show from the 90s, teenage girl is planning on going to a school dance but needs a dress. She buys one from a thrift store that has a huge stain, which she covers with a large flower.
At the dance a bully recognizes the dress that she had donated, and pull the flower off and humiliated the girl.
Any ideas?
