Hello, I'd just like to know what I can do to get better shots (graphic in conversation) . They're generally good, but sometimes I struggle with consistency. It comes and goes. I recently got a puck screen. It hasn't changed much, except that my portafilter stays cleaner and I no longer get holes in the coffee puck.

I have a question: the machine shows 29 sec, but the shot history shows 32.8 s. Why the difference?

Sometimes the flow looks visibly chaotic.

Finally, sorry about the state of the machine. I swear the rest of it is clean, but it looks like I forgot to clean that part.
