Image generation random aspect ratio
No matter what aspect ratio I choose when modifying an uploaded image, it will randomly be either 16:9, 4:3, or 1:1; whether I choose 3:4 or 9:16. Is anyone else having this problem?

Is there a way to check which colleges/universities have AMD floating licenses for Vivado?
Im going to community college this fall and I am going to ask the comp sci or EE director if they have floating licenses or student licenses. The EE program only covers an introduction to digital electronics so they might not. I'm doing comp sci, but im willing to switch majors since i already program somewhat. If my community college doesn't cover it, it would be good to know which schools have licenses (I could cold call them if need be.)
I want to use a vu9p in the future, for now I plan to just use emulation(of spartan ultrascale+ bc I don't think Im able to emulate vu9p without license) on my cpu to learn.
My alternatives are to find a group in Maryland that shares it's floating license for a fee (although I believe this is against terms of service) or use AWS FPGA SDK, but then I lose the secrecy of my design.
I want to use OpenCL so I am limited to higher end fpgas, although I think some zynq ultrascale+ may allow both OpenCL and not require a paid license. I can open this range by using SdAccel intsead of Vitis, but those are all lower lut count chips on higher nm sizes.
Or I can use Vitis HLS C which allows for lower end fpgas. Should I abandon the vu9p OpenCL in favor of Vitis HLS. I have no experience with either, so any opinion is welcome.
I'm not prepared to spend 3k on a license.
