Hello! I live in a very nice town house in Chapel Hill in Village West on Fairoaks Circle (right off Estes near Wilson Park/Bolin Creek Trail). It's got two bedrooms, 2 baths, and is three stories (you enter on the middle story, with a big galley kitchen dining room, living room, and balcony; two bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry upstairs; full finished big basement). I really love it, close to town, bikeable to lots of places, wonderful neighbors, and the back looks out on to woods where I regularly see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, owls and a raccoon napping in a tree. It's quite magical.
I'm moving out, because I bought a house and my lease will end early. It would be great for a small family or some students/grad students. The rent is currently ~$1900 and I'm not sure if they will change it. If you are interested please reach out and I can show it to you.
