luggage damage while overseas and didn't report before leaving
I only noticed the damage after arriving at the hotel.
submitted a online ticket and it says to go back to the airport within 7 days.
but I'm still in thy middle of my trip and no way to get back to that terminal in time to get a in person report filed.
anyone else had this issue
wondering what's the best next step or if I'm just going to have to eat the cost of a repair when I'm back home....
