Ebay find. Seller provided several pics on the listing but also said that the prior owner cut off the paper and manufacturer tag. The cutting of the manufacturer tag is what gives me pause. Asked others and they said it kinda looks wonky. Compared it to other listings and idk. I'm leaning towards bootleg, but what do you all think?
Recently bought the house on the hill with the green roof on japanese mercari via buyee (i got it complete for an absolute steal. but then i got the shipping quote, just gonna say that my wallet is crying lol.)
But now I need furniture for it because it's my first sylvanian house and i have no furniture yet. Wondering about doing a last minute kobeejapan haul and put in the notes if they could ship it out asap that would be great. (Also to buy a few other things that i want before the e-file restrictions take place). Or should I wait and source furniture domestically?

So I found the green roof house on the hill basically complete, in good condition, and for a good price, on Japanese mercari via buyee. But I’m lowkey afraid of the shipping costs to the eastern us.
Does anyone have any experience shipping sylvanian houses/buildings from Japan to the us. (Eastern us). Like can you give a general gauge of what shipping cost could be? Just like a ballpark estimate. Thanks!
