Any decent magsafe cases in India?

So I've been enjoying the phone for 6 months now. I've got a magsafe power bank that I'd like to use but cannot find a decent magsafe case in India. All the ones I tried have the magnets positioned slightly below the actual wireless charging coil.

Have any of you found one that has a good magnet position?

PS. I know AliExpress has some good options but it's banned in India.

Do NOT use Steroid-Based Ointments for Fissures — Go for Calcium Channel Blockers Instead

TL;DR: Do not use ointments with steroids; they make the skin thin and worsen the fissure. Try calcium channel blocker ointments and aim for super soft bowel movements (BMs).

I might be writing this a little too soon, but I plan to update it in a few days and will try to reply to any questions.

The Background & The Misdiagnosis

- About two weeks ago, I developed an anal fissure. The early signs were just itching and a 4/10 discomfort during bowel movements (BMs).

- I wanted to get checked out, but because I couldn't get a quick appointment with a proctologist, I settled for a Gastrointestinal (GI) doctor.

- He prescribed Milk of Magnesia (a laxative), Aceclofenac (painkillers), and Anovate ointment.

- He suggested avoiding meat while increasing fiber and body movement.

- However, he kept heavily pushing surgery, claiming it would solve the issue immediately and I'd be back to normal in two days.

The Agony: How Steroids Made It Worse

- I started applying the Anovate ointment, and within two days, my pain skyrocketed from 4/10 to 10/10.

- I began bleeding during every BM, and the pain went from a mild concern to a traumatizing life event.

- By Sunday, 80-90% of my mental space was occupied by pain.

- When Monday morning hit, I had to use the bathroom, and the pain was a solid 12/10. I have broken an arm before, and that felt like a cakewalk compared to this.

- I went back to the GI doctor, who insisted there was no alternative treatment besides the ointment or surgery.

- He quoted me 80K-100K INR for the surgery, noting it might not be covered by insurance since it was elective and I'd only had the condition for a week.

- I was in so much pain I begged for the surgery that same day, but thankfully, he wasn't available.

Taking Control & The Big Realization

- The way he pitched the surgery as my only option didn't sit right with me.

- I am naturally skeptical and usually research every ingredient, but due to the pain and a busy work week, I had blindly trusted the first doctor.

- I immediately booked an evening appointment with an actual proctologist, who switched me to a lidocaine-only ointment.

- This prompted me to finally look up the ingredients in the first ointment (Anovate).

- The Revelation: Anovate contains steroids. While steroids are great for hemorrhoids, they actively thin out the skin around fissures, making them much more prone to tearing. The ointment was literally making my condition worse by causing my skin to tear easily during BMs.

The Solution: Calcium Channel Blockers

- I turned to Reddit to research alternative treatments and discovered Calcium Channel Blockers.

- During a follow-up, I asked my proctologist about it. He told me not to Google my symptoms, but I kept pushing.

- He reluctantly prescribed me AnoBliss, which is a combination of Lidocaine and Nifedipine (a calcium channel blocker).

- I switched to AnoBliss immediately and increased my laxative dose to 30ml.

The Results: 72 Hours Later

- My first BM the next day was still painful and bloody, but the following one was much softer and completely blood-free.

- It has now been 72 hours. BMs are still painful, but nowhere near the peak.

- During a BM, the pain is about 5/10, which drops to a 2/10 or 3/10 for about 20-30 minutes, and then completely disappears.

- I finally feel like I can live my life again without constantly worrying about the pain in my a$$.

I am currently heading out on a week-long trip, and I actually think I'll be able to enjoy it without staying chained to a bathroom. I hope I'm on my way to a full recovery and will keep you guys updated.
