What character is this? Not certain of the studio or time period.
Purchased this animation cell. Not sure what studio released this or the time period. It was thought that it was 20s or 30s but think it might be 50's or 60's or newer. It appears to have been sold at one time by Weiss Auctions, but when I contacted them they did not have details as they lost previous action information due to a fire. Added close up of additional information written in the bottom right corner under the frame mat. Thank you!
