So basically, my dad has been in this scam for a maybe a month or two and even got my mom to put in $5000 dollars. Ever since the FBI started cracking down a bit on some operations, they’ve been having trouble withdrawing money. They told me and my family members I have to give them a photo of my ID and my face. I was adamant on telling him no, but now he’s threatening to kick me out of the house. I just dont know how it got to this, he was never like this before.

Also: I took this down and reposted this because I have been getting some recovery scam attempts. If you or anyone you know are in this scam at this phase, just keep an eye out for bad actors trying to pose as helpers “recovering” your funds.
