We will be staying in Menton We are just starting to plan a trip with a day out to Ventimiglia. My son and his girlfriend they are both vegan. We are definitely meat eaters. Are there any places for a lunch with their needs?
My birthday dinner. Chicken tajine with apricots with bread. Dessert is a french gateau moelleux (we tried on holiday in Chateaubriant a couple weeks ago) served with crème anglaise (like very runny custard) and squirty cream. I live in France now and my physio said I was brave to try cooking the dessert as it very difficult to get center right. I think I could have just cooked a couple mins less. it was very nice anyway.
Just made this chorizo and lardon quiche for our dinner tonight.
Spicy sweet potato veg,and rice soup.served with part baked French bread and butter. Very delicious.
our dinner tonight. Chicken chorizo lardon picnic pie I made yesterday with homemade hotcrust pastry. only my second time making. it's very delicious. I served with honey mustard roast potatoes and a cucumber salad. mine I served with salad cream and my husband had ketchup.
