Is this ticket site legit for portola week shows?
I was able to purchase two tickets at $25 each. Is this a scam or legit website?

Please forgive in advance if I violate any rules. As stated in title, I have a 1963 Chevy II (Nova 4 door sedan) that will not turn over. Vehicle was rough starting and needed to be jumped prior to it not turning over. Lights illuminate, but when attempting to crank, there is no movement or sound. I replaced starter in hopes that was the issue but still have no luck. Things to note:
Needed to be jumped when previously starting.
No crank, but lights on dash illuminate.
Have tried to use jumper cables after replacing starter but still no crank.
Have tried to shift into neutral and crank, but nothing changes.
Cleaned cable that runs to firewall and engine with no avail.
There is a loose wire coming from the group of wires connected to starter that is green. When the green wire is connected to engine block, the “Temp” light on the dash is illuminated. When I remove wire, the light does not illuminate. Thing to note: there are three wires connected to the starter that are all wrapped together with electrical tape - these three wires do not contain the cable connected to the battery. There are 2 wires connected to the R terminal, and 1 connected to the S terminal. They are wrapped together 3 inches past where they connect to the starter.
Vehicle:
1963 Chevy II Nova 4-door sedan, automatic with inline 6 engine
Any idea what may be cause my issue with the vehicle not starting? Thank you all in advance!
