Can this amount of wobble create drive train vibration

I replaced my girlfriends bikes wheels and put my old carbon wheels from a Chinese bike. Her bike was a ten speed shimano tiagra. My old bike was a 12 speed WHEELTOP. I placed a 1.85mm spacer because I noticed some play and that’s what google said. But I noticed that when I pedal by hand and get the wheel up to speed there’s seems to be vibration and specifically I can feel it through the stroke as I’m pedaling with my hand. Could it be and axel problem or my wheel isn’t true. For reference her bike is a 2019 cannondale synapse carbon and my Chinese bike is a seraph ttx42.

Ttx-42 front chain ring upgrade..

I tried swapping old chain rings with 52/36 rings and there were some clearance issues is there any aftermarket brackets I can get to raise the front derailleur to make clearance, or did I mess up by getting bigger front rings?
