Left Zwift to Train for 2 Half Marathons; FTP almost doubled
I lost all my cycling equipment during a hurricane when my house flooded. Replacing cycling with running was way cheaper, so I ended up training for two half marathons (1:57, 1:52).
Came back to Zwift this month. FTP went from 88 to 157 (1.5 years in between). Beginner gains are real!
