hello po, pwede po ba ipa-8888 yung gumagamit ng damit ng isang opisina ng gobyerno?

for context, me nakasabay ako sa bus na naka jacket that claims that the person is from this government office. Napansin ko lang na nakajacket siya without malice when all of a sudden, biglang nagreact siya na pagalit na ako daw naman ay nakajacket rin na government office din (which is where I really work now)

Now upon investigation, I found out na di siya nagwowork sa government office na sinusuot niya and I saw proofs. Pwede ko ba siya ireklamo about this? And if pwede, anong pwedeng grounds ng reklamo ko against the person.

hello po hope anyone can help me here, i tended to notice a passenger who was wearing a jacket from a government office while I was gonna hop off the bus one time, then when I noticed, the person started reprimanding me that I'm also from the government (take note I work at a NGA in Manila). Now upon further investigation, I found out the person was wearing the same jacket in the workplace the person is (which is a private company, and I have receipts), now can I charge this person with misrepresentation of a government office because she reprimanded me for noticing the jacket she was wearing? Any advice would be appreciated in response to due process

Hello po, baka po may naka experience po nitong inquiry ko po. Currently may narinig ako na di daw kami makakakuha nun Midyear Bonus po sa government agency namin since ang period sa IPCRF namin ay from the time na pumasok kami until nung 31 December na hindi umabot sa 4 months (sa case ko ay from November 17). Ngayon, eligible ba ako makakuha ng Midyear Bonus considering na magiging 6 months na ako sa goverment sa May 17? Sana po may makasagot po thanks po.
