Renting out points and adding dining plan?

Hello! We have been DVC members for 5 years but are renting out our points for the first time. we’ve found someone interested, and they would like to add the dining plan for their group. Does anyone know how this works? Do we add it on the reservation for them, or do they add it? Appreciate any help! Thanks!

My almost 13 yo English Bulldog is dealing with horrible, foul smelling diarrhea.

About 4 weeks ago she was coughing, she is in heart failure so this can be normal for her, but it was a lot so we took her to our vet who upon X-ray didn’t see much but thought possible tiny bit of aspiration/ aspiration pneumonia so gave her a ton of meds to clear that up. While she was at the vet for observation she had some diarrhea so they also sent us home with an antibiotic for that, I believe Metronidazole. She didn’t poop for like 2 days after she finished the medicine, but then she did and had no diarrhea athough sometimes some soft poops but she is old so that happens sometimes.

Now ~2.5 weeks after finishing the medicine and she is having HORRIBLE, RANK, relentless diarrhea. It’s everywhere in the house because she can’t hold it to make it outside since it’s so frequent and it’s so foul smelling. It’s been almost 48 hours and we are all losing it.

She is already on Biome food and we put one packet of Purina forti flora a day on it. She gets a fiber “treat” once every few days per the vet’s recommendation for dealing the the soft poops.

I put in a call to the vet but she is out of the office for a few days so not sure when I’ll hear back. Looking for some advice in the meantime because none of us can keep living like this. Would asking for another round of antibiotics be appropriate? Or is there some shift in supplements or anything else we can do to help?
