Was visiting Crossroads Park today near the splash pad/playground and there was a horrible rotten fish smell coming from around the public bathrooms , you could smell it all the way from the splash pad. Weirdly, the bathrooms themselves didn’t smell inside, just outside around the area. Felt bad for all the kids trying to play there.

Is this normal for the park?

What’s the deal with the young kids selling goods at the Kirkland waterfront ? Setting up a table and going from person to person selling cookies and crafts ? Is this allowed per city codes ? It’s not something I wanted to encounter at the beach with my family.
