Found this Togepi in an old binder a few days ago and was wondering if it was worth getting graded? (The holo looks super scratched on the first photo, although it's just the photo). I've seen a few other PSA graded ones and even their 7 looks super duper scratched up (I've added the photo too), so I'm just wondering what mine could possibly be.
