Book Haul UK

Total for just over £5. In a charity shop in my local town. Never seem to find any books that I like (sci - fi / fantasy) so I’m happy with this👌

What is going on?

So after a long time of waiting for the John Gwynne fantasy books , finally got an email on Monday confirming something along the lines of “shipping very shortly, this week.”

It’s now Friday, after many months of waiting. What is going on?!

Yes I know it’s going to be worth the wait.

Yes I know delays are to be expected and in all honesty I’ve been really chill about it all.

But after that email on Monday, to not have it shipped this week I think it’s an absolute shambles and not a single person should be defending them.

[OFF Topic] The Heroes

So I’ve flown through the trilogy and BSC and they’re all peak. I’m 170 pages into the heroes and it’s not clicking.. like really not clicking for me.

I’m really confused because everything has been great up until now.. is this something others have experienced and should I persist? If not do I even persist with red country and the second trilogy?

Champion Pool.

I have recently gotten back into league and want to progress up the ranks (currently high silver with about 10 games played). One thing that I keep hearing/seeing is the mention of locking in on a ‘champion pool’ and focusing on that pools mastery.

Questions: 1)How to go about this without worrying about meta affecting this pool?

2)How many champions per role? My guess is around 2/3 per role.

  1. I’m thinking about locking in with Xerath and TF mid lane. Nocturne, Jarvan and Volibear Jungle. Thoughts?

I like general discussions around these types of things so any input is appreciated
