Best Strategy for Japan Flight?

I'm planning to travel to Japan for a honeymoon for 10 days and I wanted opinions on what's the best strategy for my points with Capital One. I live northeast US and have easy access to NYC, Philly, or any airport in between. Hoping to arrive in Osaka (KIX) and leave Tokyo (HND) but I can just do arrival and depart at the same if needed. I also don't mind economy if needed, it would be nice to splurge for better but that's not as important. Also the dates are flexible as well.

Would JAL, Air Canada, or British Airways be best? I know they can have different values and exchange rates. I've seen recommendations for each when searching. And the options do seem overwhelming a bit. Any advice or suggestions on where to start would be appreciated.

I was looking through this subreddit and saw someone's post about their set up, and they had the US Bank Cash+ and another card that also gave them two categories of their choice, so they had 4 selected categories from 2 cards. I made a mental note to look into it but couldn't remember later and can't find the post.

Does anyone know of another card similar to the Cash+ with 5% on 2 categories? It wasn't one of the big usual banks, it might have been a smaller one or credit union but I honestly can't remember.
