Help with Housing Options

Hi everyone, my fiancé and I are looking to move into an apartment/townhome/condo together before the end of the year and we are feeling hesitant since there are so many different options to choose from with varying reviews. If anyone has had any good experiences within the past 6 months, or are currently happy with their living situation, I'd love to hear your thoughts and any recommendations

Here is our criteria:

  1. Budget $1,900-2,100 for base rent
  2. In-unit washer & dryer
  3. 1-bedroom or more
  4. Ideally, no more than $150/month parking spot fee
  5. Ideally, no more than a 15-minute walk to nearest metro station (for commuting purposes)

*Would be nice to be somewhere that offers an attached gym and pool, but def not a deal breaker

Thanks to all in advance!

Edit: Whoops, forgot to mention - we're looking preferably in the Alexandria, Arlington, Springfield, Fairfax, and Falls Church areas

Finished the tile work in my upstairs bathroom, went to use it and the water pressure and hot/cold mixing was all off. Found a bad cartridge (not even three years old) so I'm replacing the cartridge. This video depicts the water flow with the cartridge removed and the pressure seems questionable to me, but I'm no plumber. Does this look like weak flow to any experts out there?

I've bought two now and have had to return them both as neither the stand alone adapters nor the built-in ones that come attached to the lines fit onto my schrader valve. I've also removed the schrader valve itself and attempted to use the adapters to fit into the schrader valve opening and still no luck. I really don't want to strip the inside threading of the schrader valve opening so I'm being extra careful with that approach. Any help on a compatible kit would be much appreciated!
