Trying to access my friend's Plex server at home and I think my AT&T router is an issue.

I tried the 32400 port forwarding steps and I think I did it right but I'm not sure. Is this step for when the server is located on my network because that's not the case here? I'm using a Roku ultra with the Plex app. No issues logging in but I can't access the server (it actually worked for the first couple days but not since then). I can't access it on my phone either as long as I'm on my wifi so it definitely seems to be a router issue.

Need hints for my last 2 puzzles please... (Spoilers)

I'm at 443 without using Internet solutions but I'm stumped and don't feel like beating my head against the wall anymore. Lol. But I also don't want to straight up look up a solution.

The first is the floor puzzle on the first floor of the museum. I'm thinking it's meant to be a symmetrical puzzle like the 2 near the main gate but I'm not sure and have no clue what to base it on. I feel like I'm missing something obvious or am overthinking it.

The other one is the bottom middle puzzle of the meta puzzles (supposedly based on something in the area of those 2 symmetrical puzzles). I have no clue what this shape is based on. I at least always had some idea fairly quickly of where the puzzle came from for the other metas but this one... no clue.

Hints would be amazing!! Thank you so much!
