I have a Ryzen 9700x PC and run linux 90% of the time.
Sometimes I need to use windows and wanted to try using a VM with an extra graphics card.
Is it possible to connect a low powered GPU to my second PCIe slot and use it in a VM?
Just want a bit better performance when in the VM.
My PC only has on full x16 slot and 2 x1 slots.
Any decent x1 cards? I've heard of GT 710 1GB PCIE x 1.
I've been looking into Fedora because of HDR support.

I first tried Fedora KDE, but could not get HDR working.
Everything else looked to work fine, but no HDR.
I installed nvidia driver, see HDR toggle, but turning it on gives a blackscreen.

I tried Fedora Gnome, was able to get HDR working, but having issue with UI.
Just not sure how these features are missing, they're pretty standard on most distro I've tried.
I got the console and it's in rough shape.
-2 broken back USB ports and damaged Ethernet port.
-A bunch of stuff, thankfully not smokers dust or anything that smells.
-Damaged Stand,damaged side plate, and broken clip on side plate.
-Ptetty sure it's never been cleaned, never seen so much dust in the PSU.
I cleaned it all out and turns on fine, don't feel any heat and fans spin. Now waiting for PS5 games to install to really test it, but looks like it might work fine.
Would prefer a disc version, but can't do much with it. Not sure selling is best option, rather not deal with headache if it has other issues.
I mostly play breakthrough and recently been having issues with Tanks.
They camp out really far out and just keep shooting, usually behind cover.
Tanks stay in their territory so I can't get to them without dying to enemies.

I can land some RPG shots or get some damage, but they just retreat and I assume heal.
Mines never seem to work, they're spotted and avoided.
They peak out just enough and if they get locked on, just go behind rocks/cover.
Recently had a match where I got top 4, just because I damaged the tanks so much.

I took a gamble on it for $100, it apparently turns on and works for PS4 games.
PS5 games cause overheating.
Assuming it's not fixable, I could still use it as a PS4 Pro+?

My brother has taken apart my ps5 before, just doesn't mess with liquid metal.
Hoping a deep clean fixes it.
I have PS5, so was planning on gifting it to a relative.
Should have it by the end of the week.
