i feel like it's become taboo to outwardly express distaste for something someone else likes on the internet. let people hate things. let people express their disdain towards things that others like. im not saying that you should hate the person who enjoys the thing, nor am i saying you should hate them for enjoying it, but you both should engage in polite discourse about what you dislike/enjoy about that thing and come to a reasonable conclusion like civilized creatures
