This is truly sad

When I say decent, I mean decent for City standards.

1. He reassured his little brother (Werner) when they failed to claim vengeance.

Such a good brother.

2. He told Shi Yihua to get out of there, since he had nothing to do with the Sinners, and is just a (not) innocent bystander. Until he insulted his hair.

Sidenote, Ricardo came to deal with us himself, instead of summoning brothers like Megumi to Mahoraga.

3. If Shi Yihua wasn't there (and antagonized him), he wouldn't have ordered his little brothers to deal with us, since they were just there to keep us there.

4. Ricardo went for the big threat, instead of ordering his little brothers to gank Zilu.

Such an amazing brother, his only sin really is being in a gang, and harassing us.

Also he's gotta be better than Matthiass atleast, Mathiass buried the bar.
