This is a fully functional modular golf course that relies on the vanilla building upgrade mechanics. Provided are 22 various pieces, 11 fairways, 5 greens, 3 bunkers, 1 fence, 1 driving range, 1 clubhouse, and 2 surfaces. Each fairway functions as a leisure space where cims will hang around and exercise and is fully accessible via paths.

I made a video showcasing their usage, and explaining some of their quirks.

You can find the Clubhouse asset under large sports complexes, or place all the parts individually by searching for "golf" in find it.

All models share a single texture, have appropriate LODs including 300-400 tri LOD2s. This keeps things super light weight while still being easy on the eyes.

All of them are 2x4 or 2x2 matching the most common lot sizes for many MidWestern cities that underwent massive expansion during the era of Sears kit homes and pre suburban sprawl.

In this image, the housing pack (Pittsburgh Houses), the cliffs, the factories, the bridges, marinas, and the retaining walls are all assets that with the help of the modding community I was able to make, and they really bring this build to life in a super rewarding way.
