I would like to get more 32 acp. I got about 1500 from centerfire, but wish I got more.
A quick search shows s&b and fiocchi 71 grn as being slightly hotter. Are there any other brands to try and buy or stay away from?
Hi all- my wife and I will be taking a 10+ hour direct flight (Boeing787 dreamliner) to Brazil in the fall/winter with our 10 month old. We are going to see her family so they can meet the baby. Our return is a red eye. I've (probably going to be a mistake) chosen the back middle row of the plane for everyone else's well being and maybe some space to walk. I would've chosen those front spots with the leg room but they would've added almost $500 to the price. I just tried calling delta and I have to request the bassinet at the gate.
I've been trying to research the best car seat to do this (we currently have the uppa baby and that's just too big to lug around). I have a lightweight stroller for day to day things. I believe I'll have 2 suit cases, 2 carry ons, her personal, and the baby bag.
We will be renting a mid size suv when we arrive as we are going about 3 hours away to a beach town then returning to see family. This is what she wants and a happy wife = a happy life. My thought process is we will inevitably need a break from holding her on the plane, especially on the red eye. I'd imagine the flights the baby will be forward facing due to seat size. I have a neck injury from a car crash so the last trip I was in a decent amount of discomfort.
So far my search has brought me to several seats. Here are my parameters: safety, portability (lugging around an airport), longevity for multiple future trips, ease of installation, cost below $250. All of them seem highly regarded. My daughter currently gets fussy and pretty damn grumpy in her car seat. A recent card ride had me rethinking my choice of the cosco or evenflo for something slightly more comfortable.

Edit : called for the bassinet - cost was $259 per trip and the bump to the front row. I will have to get reimbursement for the extra seat. I apologize to the person sitting next to us down and back 😬
