Just bought this early 6.0 truck. Mainly bought it for the attachment which I plan to put on a new chassis down the road, but plan to run it for the time being. The motor is bone stock…for now. I did see this under the hood, so I’m wondering what was done to it. Maybe not bone stock after all 🤷🏼♂️
Hello digital friends! I just acquired an 03 xlt f350, and I have an 05 xlt f350 for parts. Both with 6.0s
The parts truck has keyless entry and auto headlights. Anyone think I have any hope of making them fit the 03 truck? I’d also love to swap the integrated trailer brake control and upfitter switches, but I figure that’s an even longer shot…. I know for that I’d have to swap the dash panel.
Open to ideas! Once I get the motor bulletproofed, I’d like to swap the comforts if possible. It’s just a farm truck, but it would be nice if it was a nice farm truck.
