Why are Andy and CR ignoring Half Man, one of the best shows of the year?

Totally baffling. Two of the best performances you’ll see on TV this year. Both should get Emmy noms. Dark, heavy, gritty, thought provoking, mysterious, interesting, 5x better than Baby Reindeer. HBO. Makes no sense they wouldn’t break down this show. Are there some uncomfortable scenes? Sure. But how can they skip this one after watching trash like Landman and Friends and Neighbors and raving about Euphoria and the gay hockey show? The Beast in Me? Come on guys. You will love this show, guaranteed.

Edited: to replace Widow’s Bay with Beast in Me since I honestly haven’t watched the former (generally love Matt Rhys though, the Americans is all time)

Recently binged Beef Season 2. One of the main characters is going through a sticky situation. So who does he turn to. Reddit answers. He bangs out multiple “why” questions on a search box that has the Reddit logo, including one that is pretty important to the character’s backstory. Not Google. Not ChatGpt. Not Claude. Not Twitter. Not Meta AI. Why? Because Reddit is the last authentic frontier left on the interwebs that hasn’t turned into a toxic algorithmic hellscape of angry incels, lunatics, and Elon bots. It’s not only fun as shit to scroll the comments, but it’s also free therapy available to every human on the planet. Even Kanye turned to Reddit for salvation and reflection despite an army of expensive shrinks and doctors at his disposal. The last frontier of digital freedom and authenticity. And now we got Beef Season 2 injecting Reddit into the world’s vending machine of red gatorade that quenches humanity’s thirst for community (you’ll get the reference once you watch the season). Long 2000 shares and BULLISH
