Is this Classic Retro-X jacket for men or women?

Hi everyone, I bought this Classic Retro-X jacket in second hand and I'm not sure if it's for men nor women. The tag doesn't mention anything about it. Is there a way to distinguish?

Thanks for the help!

I'm a head of product at a SaaS company and I have 12 direct reports. My manager (director) sets quarterly goals to me and my peers and I have to do the same to my direct reports.

My manager sets his goals with the help of AI, based on his manager goals and goals of the company. The problem is that I need to set my goals in a way that matches or are related with his goals.

E.g: my manager sets "create sales book for EMEA market" and I need to set mine saying "achieve X% of sales in EMEA market"

No room to set personal goals which are only meant for me (e.g. learn stakeholder management skills").

From time to time, he asks an LLM to run through all the goals set by me and my peers, find how much they are related to his goals and identity outliers.

I have to do the same to my direct reports but I disagree with the whole process. It doesn't give a chance for people to invest in themselves and goals which they believe they should focus on.

Is this normal?

PS: I'm in this company for 9 months
