How to archive magazines/catalogs?

I write (unprofessionally) and I'm broke. Over the years I've learned how frustrating it is to not have free access to things that would help when I'm researching things for my stories. I have several issues of (mostly entertainment) magazines from the past few decades lying around, and I'd love to help anyone else out there (or my future self) who might be looking for free archives of them before I declutter. But I have absolutely no idea where to start. How would I go about archiving these?

Alternatives to Nameberry?

Hi guys. I'm an author (unprofessionally) and Nameberry has been my favorite name site since I was 14, so really ever since I actually started to think about names for my characters. I knew some things needed fixed. There were always some names that just weren't in the database, even some that were decently popular, but over the past few months an insane amount of names were added and I loved that that was finally improving. In the last year or so I also had some technical issues with it. A couple of my lists just disappeared, and the search feature slightly broke so that it never actually showed the first result. (That was only an issue if I had my ad blocker on, but of course the site is damn near unusable without that, so Google searching for names with "nameberry" included ended up working better.) But overall I loved it - I was never really on the forums much, but I used the main site constantly. I loved being able to favorite names and make my own lists, the similar names feature (really it's more of a "people also liked this" feature, so I used it a lot when naming siblings), the popularity charts (especially after they updated it to include stats from outside the top 1000), the extensive database, and just overall the design since I found a lot of other name sites to be sort of dated.

I knew some things needed fixed. I thought they were being fixed! But this was not the update I wanted. I'm not having the issues some people are where they can't even see their lists, thankfully. But I shouldn't have to pay to keep things I've had going for years. Even if I wanted to, I'm struggling like hell right now. Some days I can't even afford to get paper plates or cat food. There is no way in hell I'm paying $5 a month just to see names, let alone save them. That's an insane thing to ask when the economy is like this. It's been forever since I even considered using other sites, but now it doesn't look like I have much of a choice. And I don't want to go back to just making my own lists in cluttered Google Docs. So what alternatives are out there that have the features I want?
