Prescription lenses

I have a quest 3 and recently had an eye exam done, I dont have glasses and was told I dont "need" them.

I have noticed text is blurry and sometimes impossible to read in vr, like looking at text on your characters watch is sometimes unreadable.

My prescription is above, does anyone have similar numbers and prescription lenses have helped?

And yes, i have set the correct pd on the headset.
