Is this a handyman job, or what best solution to fix these gaps after new flooring installed. I feel I want something more professional than caulk - and not even sure if this is too large of a gap for caulk.
Have had sinusitis surgery in the past, roughly 2.5 years ago. Polyps stayed at bay but have reappeared though not as bad as when I had quite severe blockage. Lower sinus polyps have been reduced through budesonide and prednisone but upper polyps remain. I’ve been using a squeeze bottle, not a pulsing machine.
ENT recommended I use a hand stand trainer to get the budesonide up in that cavity but curious if anyone else has had success some other path to rinse the cavity? According to the ENT I will likely need to stay on budesonide for the rest of my life (42) which doesn’t seem right - but we do have two golden doodles which we keep out of our room the best we can and don’t shed. We also vacuum frequently and have air purifiers in each room so not sure what else to do in our environment to prevent the inflammation.
