Way before you start to notice that you are being targeted by the police and state cowards, they have already mapped out your economic situation. They know your income, your savings, and exactly how much money you have. This helps them decide how to deplete you financially, whether they can affect your workplace, and whether they can destroy your main source of income.

If you have a business, they will do their best to sabotage it. If you work for a company and hold a degree,like me, an engineering degree they will cut you off from getting any jobs so you become broke. And so on.

Being broke is the key word here.

In this world, you cannot do anything without money. Everything needs money. If you want to eat, you have to spend. If you need to drink, or even just to breathe, you need money. That is common sense.

But in their twisted minds, they think: How can we control that so we can annihilate him slowly?

Because if your basic survival needs are not met, you will naturally focus on satisfying those needs. If you are hungry, you need to eat. To eat, you need money. So their playbook is simple: deplete you economically so you struggle to make ends meet. You stop fighting and focus on meeting those basic needs instead. Meanwhile, they keep torturing you.

Every attempt you make to earn money or become financially independent, they will sabotage.

I could list the mistakes I made since I did not know this from the very beginning. But they also played it smart. When they sabotage your economic life, they do it step by step, with small cuts each time. So instead of listing my own mistakes, I will walk you through the economic siege.

But first, go read about the story of Sisyphus. Because if you repeat my mistakes, that is the situation they will put you in.

Now they started to torture you, and you want to flee. Here is how they win by you doing exactly that.

• First, to flee, you have to leave your job and rely on your savings.
• Once you do that, they will chase you wherever you go. You will keep constantly moving from one country to another, or from one state to another.
• By doing so, you will have to spend from your own money. Once you do that, your savings will be depleted until you have no money left to survive.
• When your money is out, you will start selling assets to cover your expenses. And yes, that is another bad move.
• Then you circle back and try to get any job that pays the bills. If you do Uber or other delivery jobs, they will create situations where you get fined, your equipment gets destroyed, and so on. Your net will be a loss, or barely enough to pay your bills.
• Then you will think maybe you should invest in the stock market or start learning to trade. And here comes another problem. Directed energy weapons are hellish weapons designed to disrupt your normal cognitive model. In other words, you will make the wrong moves. Even though they cannot control every single move, they will make sure your net is a loss.
• Of course, regular jobs will be cut off. No one will hire you because every application gets turned down.
• You will keep asking family and friends for money. (Assuming you cannot rely on government social help. I live in Egypt, so I do not have that option.) Eventually, they will all bail on you because you are asking for too much money. They will wonder why a competent person cannot land a job. It is even worse if you rely on a family member who is also a target. Then they have direct control over your economy.
• Later, if you want to sell an asset to have some money, all the buyers will give you the absolute lowest price. Do not accept any offer below the market value of that asset, even if you are desperate to sell.
• They will send hustlers at you to con you out of your money. When you go to the police, they will refuse to take a report. They will act as if the system is down and tell you to come back later. Or they will tell you a story about another man who got conned out of much more money and just let it go because it was too hard to prove anything.

Here are few solutions that migh be of help though:

remember: any money you make during this war will only be made in a market or environment where they cannot totally control everything.

1. Real Estate
If you have a house, home, or apartment, never sell it just to move from the place where you live. Never sell real estate. Rent it instead. But make sure the contract includes a clause that if anything is damaged, the renter pays the bill, or insure the property against fire and other damage. Those police cowards are murderers at the end of the day, so you have to treat anyone you do business with as a potential enemy. But never sell a real estate asset.

2. Buy Gold
If you have money or savings, buy gold in small amounts if you can. That way, you have something to fall back on if anything happens. Its value increases over time because this is not a one- or two-year war. It is a multi-year war. Once you buy, never sell unless you truly need to.

3. Start a Small Online Business
Start an online business or something similar, but keep it small. Do not invest heavily in it. Just enough to get it started. If it goes well, good for you. If it doesn't, the loss is small.

4. Build Passive Income
Start anything that can generate passive income, like YouTube or other platforms. Even a small amount of money helps keep you going.

5. Document the Economic Struggle
Remember, when reporting to any organization or speaking online about what is happening to you, always mention the economic struggle they have put you through.

Make no mistake. You are dealing with criminals, murderers, and cowards with authority.

Edit: Sometimes, the best course of action is to leave the country. This fundamentally shifts the dynamic, as it forces the opposing party out of their comfort zone, away from their own rules, courts, and legal systems, and requires them to adapt to the laws and regulations of your chosen destination. However, this strategy is only viable if you have the economic means to support yourself abroad for a very long time.

Also you need to be visable online at all times, so that everyone knows what is happening to you and if anything happnes to you who gets the responsibility.

Through it all, I can summarize some points that might help all of you. These points certainly didn't end things for me, but they also kept me from becoming prey to the corrupt system that thought it could do anything to someone and still walk away unscathed.

You see, behind every word I'm writing here, I can appear tough, I've faced death, seen death, and everything in between that can be done to a human being. Sometimes I feel pride, because they couldn't break me or break my will to do anything that served their position in this multiyear war. At times I even forced their hands, made them burn assets or pour large sums of money into simply managing me and my life, since the other goals once destined for me are long gone. But I'm still a man, with weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

What I'm trying to say is this: in this war, they will throw everything at you. They will try to exploit your loneliness, your money, your dreams, your hope, your anger, your fear, your love for your family, your pain, both physical and mental, and anything else that can be made or used to advance their position. What has kept me standing this far is that I combined three things: my brain, my will, and the enemy's weaknesses.

Don't think I didn't try to escape. I tried many countries, many places, both off and on the grid. Nothing worked. I tried being the prey, it didn't work. I tried staying silent, it didn't work. I tried listening to them, and at times even thought maybe I was wrong, it didn't work. Then I noticed that my family had been suffering for a long time too, they didn't even spare my mother or my sisters. That's when I flipped to the complete opposite of everything I mentioned above.

Think it through a little. What does the enemy want? Ending up like Myron May? Hurting others physically? offing yourself? A mental institution? Who benefits, them or you, if any of those happens? Them! So once you know the enemy's end goal, you can and should avoid it, right? And if you can, then why have others gone through the same thing, knowing the same facts I'm telling you, and still ended up in one of those situations? Because the enemy knows that even if you're aware of the end goal, you have no way to defend or attack. On top of that, if you use drugs or alcohol, you've made their day, that's the cherry on top of their operation, because they can get away with far more by accusing you of being a drug addict or an alcoholic.

So here is the situation: you are lonely, most likely broke, living alone, with no support system and no help from the outside world. Every time you walk outside, some punk says something threatening or uses some cowardly tactic against you. You go home hoping for rest, but you get hit by "Dew" all night long. You go to work, and it's the same thing, your coworkers join forces with Dew against you. It is isolation and torture. And it happens daily, every hour, every single day. There is no way to attack and no way to defend. Under such relentless pressure, many collapse, many lash out, and many simply take their own lives. They have been given no chance, no way to survive.

Now, many would tell you that this is a helpless situation with no way out. But let me reveal what the cowards, the ones who keep acting tough, are actually hiding.

Their strategy is simple: crush your opponent into submission so that, in your prey's eyes, you appear overwhelmingly powerful and impossible to fight back against. Victory feels sealed, and they move on to the next target. In this way, the so-called "powerful" entity keeps its own weaknesses hidden in plain sight. The sheer magnitude of their early aggression blinds the victim, preventing them from spotting the holes or flaws in their enemy's strategy.

Now, if blatant force doesn't get the intended response, they will try fear. If fear doesn't work, they will manipulate you through a cycle of giving hope and then taking it away, a classic torture tactic. They will try everything and anything to get the response they desire.

So, you need to design a strategy that includes both defense and offense. They will do everything to convince you that your strategy isn't working. They will try to downplay it, threaten you, and pull every trick to prove it's useless. However, the one thing you should learn from your enemy is resilience. You must become the most resilient individual they have ever faced. The more resilient you are, the more they lose hope. And the more they lose hope of winning this war,or achieving their goal, the more desperate they become, and the more they slip up.

To know how to attack or defend, you have to understand your enemy's core tactics, both for attacking and defending. Their offensive strategy is both physical and mental: they use directed energy weapons and relentless stalking. When put on the defensive, however, they have no real defense other than threats, and eliminating their own collaborators since they know too much (will get to that later). Everything else is just attacking until the individual breaks.

So, to get to the point: you already know how they attack, and now you know how they defend.

Now comes the most interesting part, your methods of fighting back. How do you even attack a state and its police without getting hurt in the process?

If you follow the steps I am about to give you, steps I wish someone had told me much earlier when this all started, you will have a clear path. These methods, even when used against the most corrupt and murderous individuals in positions of authority, will render their power and tactics completely useless. First, you need to know how to grab their arm; then, how to twist it.

So, here is your first rule: **everything and anything that can be done to hurt your enemy is doable.** Even if you get hurt in the process, as long as the common denominator is that *they* get hurt too, it is acceptable. (I am *not* talking about violence, the use of violence, or anything related to it, *unless* violence is inflicted upon you first. Then, by all means, defend yourself. There are laws regarding legal self-defense, so find out what your state or country says about it and practice those measures.)

**I will walk you through the process from when the torture starts:**

**Phase 1 – The Beginning:**
When you first wake up, you see people stalking you, and you are hit with different sensations that cause pain. At this very initial stage, almost nothing can be done other than enduring the torture and finding places away from crowds. This is when most people flip out and start doing stupid things, calling the police, attacking neighbors, and so on. As I said before, at this stage, your main concern is to preserve yourself and avoid being placed in a mental institution or having your passport taken away by these cowards.

**Phase 2 – Returning to Home and Work:**
At this stage, do *not* think about running away or traveling abroad, unless you already have an established home or a source of income outside the country where the torture started. I will help you design the best trap for these cowards, and it only works if you stay put and do not get labeled as "crazy" by a psychologist.

Here is what I want you to do (these steps must be done officially):

1. **Send a claim to the UN and any reputable human rights organizations.**
2. **Find organizations, individuals, or lawyers who actually help people like us who are being harassed by the state. Connect with them as soon as possible.**

**When you do this, the police cowards will have to respond.** They usually do one of two things:

1. Send people to attack you using physical violence.
2. Increase the intensity of the torture.

Basically, they want to condition your brain to associate those steps with even more pain and harassment. That is when self-defense laws should be activated, if they attack you violently, or send individuals to beat you up, protect yourself at all costs. I don't care how you do it, but make sure they don't get away with it. Regardless of the consequences, defend yourself.

If they only increase the torture, however, we continue the plan.

They usually send people to stalk you using their cars. You need to harass them back. If someone puts their headlights on you, slow down, let them pass, and then do the same to them. If they brake-check you, have a dashcam, record it, and post it online or report it.

They stalk you at work, on the streets, at the supermarket, everywhere. This is where you use the best method I have ever used: **fake a phone call**. Talk out loud as if you are on the phone, saying anything you want, without ever giving them proof that you are addressing them directly (because they want you to get angry at the stalker). This is basically making their own civilian stalker or community watch knows more than the police version of the story. The police then have to share their operation with much bigger and more individuals, and the bigger it is, the more people around you know. The more people knows, the more the police gets scared since their secrets and crimes commited aganist you, being shared to different individuals in your community, who dosent know the background of the stalking and then the domino effect starts, since those stalkers who heard you talking will share your version of the story with the community, and thus through the years while you making fake phone calls, more people now knows the background of the torture and thus becomes a liability to the police since they now know too much, more than they supposed to know. (usually start the phone call by countering the police claims as you are mentally ill, by saying '' Oh the police told you iam crazy this time? or a drug dealer ? or a criminal? or what is the story they told you this time'' instantly make them aware that you know that the police told them to do something aganist you, and the police claims are false.

Using this method will absolutely mess with them. You can mention the Myron May case, call them names, harass them back, and tell them how it ended for other people like them who joined these operations. You can ask pointed questions, like: *"Why did the police cowards send you here while their boss hides outside in civilian clothes?"* While using this method, be as harsh and dehumanizing with your words as possible, use race, religion, color, body shape, or whatever you think will wound them. At the end of the day, you are speaking on the phone, not directly to the stalker.

Using these methods will frustrate the police immensely. They will demand that you stay silent and accept the torture. If you accept that, even once, they will do the most horrible things to you and your family, and they will enjoy it. So do not be silent. You are not on the wrong side of this war. *They* are the criminals, the murderers, and everything in between.

These methods will exhaust the police force as they keep trying to exhaust you. The more resilient you are, the more aggressive they become, and the more mistakes they make. They are not that powerful after all, I promise you. They are just a group of cowards with authority, money, and technology. Nothing more.

**So, how do you trap the police?**

Let them torture you. Let them bring in as many people as they can to harass you. Let them use all the directed energy weapons they want. However, know your red lines. You must keep attacking regardless of the consequences. I am not telling you to just sit and take it, every act of defiance counts. Keep using these methods even while they torture you.

This will take time, though. You want them to commit as many crimes as possible so you can document them. Also you want more people to join in. The more people who joins, the more you fake phone calls, the more problems you make for the police cowards.

The case likely won't make it to a court, since courts are usually under the corrupt system's control. You want the **public court**.

Let me explain:

* If you say, *"Satellites are being used to torture me at home,"* who would believe that?
* But if you say, *"I have a medical report stating I have the same symptoms as Havana Syndrome victims,"* is that believable? Mostly, yes.

Now, if you say, *"100 individuals are stalking me on the street every day,"* even though it's a simple mental trick by the cowards, targeted individuals (TIs) often make this claim and get labeled crazy. In reality, the police usually send about 10 covert officers to follow you, and those 10 instruct everyone in your environment to poke, say something, or harass you.

So, as a TI, by staying in one place , going to the same shop, the same park, the same areas the police encounter the same individuals repeatedly and tell them to keep harassing you. Your main job at this stage is to identify 5 to 10 specific individuals who have heard you speaking about what is happening to you (so they know you are aware), yet they still continue. Take their pictures, and make sure they see you doing it so they know exactly what you are going to do with those photos.

Then, make one video explaining everything that happens to you, at work, at home, anywhere , and include those pictures. When you make your claims, state clearly: *"5 to 10 individuals are stalking me (mostly motivated by community watch directed by the police), and I have proof that I am being attacked with DEW."* This will massively increase your believability among the people in your area.

So, do not make outlandish claims. This is a war of attrition, after all, there is no single battle that decides the winner. This is a continuous war stretched over many years. If everyone makes their claims believable, the whole system will eventually collapse.

**A few tricks to keep under your sleeve:**

* Personally, I traveled out of Norway and came to Egypt. This created a dynamic I didn't initially expect to be so powerful. Because Norway doing business against an Egyptian on Egyptian soil creates major diplomatic and jurisdictional problems for them. If you leave the country and they follow you to torture you in a different country, that becomes a *huge* problem provided you can prove it (which is why I told you to protect yourself from being labeled crazy by a psychologist).
* Those who threaten usually don't go through with their threats. They are cowards.
* Never let your guard down and assume they will leave you alone. They won't. They will only stop if you bring them more problems and troubles than they can afford to handle. Make the price too heavy for them to continue. That is the only language these cowards understand.
* If they send someone to touch or sexually harass you, while you are standing somewhere, for example, I want you to kick them with all your leg power, and then tell them you didn't mean it either. (Make sure it genuinely looks like an accident, but make it count.)
* Keep your money and save it, you are going to need it in case they cut you of work.
* know that if you play it right and the state is exhausted on pursing you, and cant discredit you or your claims, they will eventually litterly kill their own assets who they manipulated into torturing you. At this stage, if you reach to that stage, know that the cowards are scared,they fear that this spiral out of their control. Meaning they have more to hide, and more to lose.
* If they threat any of your family members, even mention or name it, thats a red line that you need to respond to immediatly at the moment. Use the same threat they threatned your family with, and make it vivid. Like describing to the stalker what you will exactly do to him when you do the threat, describe in details also do it when you make the phone call.
* Rehearse the worst outcome so completely that when it arrives, it needs no fresh decision. Fear dies when you've already paid the bill in advance. The torturer's only leverage is fear of the unknown. Take the unknown away.

**If you ask me right now what is the most thing i regret, i regret not speaking out early on, i should have done much more than this very early. So dont make the same mistake i did, speak up once they start the torture.**

Know that everthing iam telling you right here has been learned and experienced from dealing with those cowards for many years and i wish someone have told me those things early on. Everything in here is battle tested, through poking and provoking the cowards.

You must keep attacking regardless of the consequences. I am not telling you to just sit and take it, every act of defiance counts. Keep using these methods even while they torture you.

This will take time, though. You want them to commit as many crimes as possible so you can document them. Also you want more people to join in. The more people who joins, the more you fake phone calls, the more problems you make for the police cowards.

The case likely won't make it to a court, since courts are usually under the corrupt system's control. You want the **public court**.

Let me explain:

* If you say, *"Satellites are being used to torture me at home,"* who would believe that?
* But if you say, *"I have a medical report stating I have the same symptoms as Havana Syndrome victims,"* is that believable? Mostly, yes.

Now, if you say, *"100 individuals are stalking me on the street every day,"* even though it's a simple mental trick by the cowards, targeted individuals (TIs) often make this claim and get labeled crazy. In reality, the police usually send about 10 covert officers to follow you, and those 10 instruct everyone in your environment to poke, say something, or harass you.

So, as a TI, by staying in one place , going to the same shop, the same park, the same areas the police encounter the same individuals repeatedly and tell them to keep harassing you. Your main job at this stage is to identify 5 to 10 specific individuals who have heard you speaking about what is happening to you (so they know you are aware), yet they still continue. Take their pictures, and make sure they see you doing it so they know exactly what you are going to do with those photos.

Then, make one video explaining everything that happens to you, at work, at home, anywhere , and include those pictures. When you make your claims, state clearly: *"5 to 10 individuals are stalking me (mostly motivated by community watch directed by the police), and I have proof that I am being attacked with DEW."* This will massively increase your believability among the people in your area.

So, do not make outlandish claims. This is a war of attrition, after all, there is no single battle that decides the winner. This is a continuous war stretched over many years. If everyone makes their claims believable, the whole system will eventually collapse.

**A few tricks to keep under your sleeve:**

* Personally, I traveled out of Norway and came to Egypt. This created a dynamic I didn't initially expect to be so powerful. Because Norway doing business against an Egyptian on Egyptian soil creates major diplomatic and jurisdictional problems for them. If you leave the country and they follow you to torture you in a different country, that becomes a *huge* problem provided you can prove it (which is why I told you to protect yourself from being labeled crazy by a psychologist).
* Those who threaten usually don't go through with their threats. They are cowards.
* Never let your guard down and assume they will leave you alone. They won't. They will only stop if you bring them more problems and troubles than they can afford to handle. Make the price too heavy for them to continue. That is the only language these cowards understand.
* If they send someone to touch or sexually harass you, while you are standing somewhere, for example, I want you to kick them with all your leg power, and then tell them you didn't mean it either. (Make sure it genuinely looks like an accident, but make it count.)
* Keep your money and save it, you are going to need it in case they cut you of work.
* know that if you play it right and the state is exhausted on pursing you, and cant discredit you or your claims, they will eventually litterly kill their own assets who they manipulated into torturing you. At this stage, if you reach to that stage, know that the cowards are scared,they fear that this spiral out of their control. Meaning they have more to hide, and more to lose.
* If they threat any of your family members, even mention or name it, thats a red line that you need to respond to immediatly at the moment. Use the same threat they threatned your family with, and make it vivid. Like describing to the stalker what you will exactly do to him when you do the threat, describe in details also do it when you make the phone call.
* Rehearse the worst outcome so completely that when it arrives, it needs no fresh decision. Fear dies when you've already paid the bill in advance. The torturer's only leverage is fear of the unknown. Take the unknown away.

**If you ask me right now what is the most thing i regret, i regret not speaking out early on, i should have done much more than this very early. So dont make the same mistake i did, speak up once they start the torture.**

Know that everthing iam telling you right here has been learned and experienced from dealing with those cowards for many years and i wish someone have told me those things early on. Everything in here is battle tested, through poking and provoking the cowards.

Through it all, I can summarize some points that might help all of you. These points certainly didn't end things for me, but they also kept me from becoming prey to the corrupt system that thought it could do anything to someone and still walk away unscathed.

You see, behind every word I'm writing here, I can appear tough, I've faced death, seen death, and everything in between that can be done to a human being. Sometimes I feel pride, because they couldn't break me or break my will to do anything that served their position in this multiyear war. At times I even forced their hands, made them burn assets or pour large sums of money into simply managing me and my life, since the other goals once destined for me are long gone. But I'm still a man, with weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

What I'm trying to say is this: in this war, they will throw everything at you. They will try to exploit your loneliness, your money, your dreams, your hope, your anger, your fear, your love for your family, your pain, both physical and mental, and anything else that can be made or used to advance their position. What has kept me standing this far is that I combined three things: my brain, my will, and the enemy's weaknesses.

Don't think I didn't try to escape. I tried many countries, many places, both off and on the grid. Nothing worked. I tried being the prey, it didn't work. I tried staying silent, it didn't work. I tried listening to them, and at times even thought maybe I was wrong, it didn't work. Then I noticed that my family had been suffering for a long time too, they didn't even spare my mother or my sisters. That's when I flipped to the complete opposite of everything I mentioned above.

Think it through a little. What does the enemy want? Ending up like Myron May? Hurting others physically? offing yourself? A mental institution? Who benefits, them or you, if any of those happens? Them! So once you know the enemy's end goal, you can and should avoid it, right? And if you can, then why have others gone through the same thing, knowing the same facts I'm telling you, and still ended up in one of those situations? Because the enemy knows that even if you're aware of the end goal, you have no way to defend or attack. On top of that, if you use drugs or alcohol, you've made their day, that's the cherry on top of their operation, because they can get away with far more by accusing you of being a drug addict or an alcoholic.

So here is the situation: you are lonely, most likely broke, living alone, with no support system and no help from the outside world. Every time you walk outside, some punk says something threatening or uses some cowardly tactic against you. You go home hoping for rest, but you get hit by "Dew" all night long. You go to work, and it's the same thing, your coworkers join forces with Dew against you. It is isolation and torture. And it happens daily, every hour, every single day. There is no way to attack and no way to defend. Under such relentless pressure, many collapse, many lash out, and many simply take their own lives. They have been given no chance, no way to survive.

Now, many would tell you that this is a helpless situation with no way out. But let me reveal what the cowards, the ones who keep acting tough, are actually hiding.

Their strategy is simple: crush your opponent into submission so that, in your prey's eyes, you appear overwhelmingly powerful and impossible to fight back against. Victory feels sealed, and they move on to the next target. In this way, the so-called "powerful" entity keeps its own weaknesses hidden in plain sight. The sheer magnitude of their early aggression blinds the victim, preventing them from spotting the holes or flaws in their enemy's strategy.

Now, if blatant force doesn't get the intended response, they will try fear. If fear doesn't work, they will manipulate you through a cycle of giving hope and then taking it away, a classic torture tactic. They will try everything and anything to get the response they desire.

So, you need to design a strategy that includes both defense and offense. They will do everything to convince you that your strategy isn't working. They will try to downplay it, threaten you, and pull every trick to prove it's useless. However, the one thing you should learn from your enemy is resilience. You must become the most resilient individual they have ever faced. The more resilient you are, the more they lose hope. And the more they lose hope of winning this war,or achieving their goal, the more desperate they become, and the more they slip up.

To know how to attack or defend, you have to understand your enemy's core tactics, both for attacking and defending. Their offensive strategy is both physical and mental: they use directed energy weapons and relentless stalking. When put on the defensive, however, they have no real defense other than threats, and eliminating their own collaborators since they know too much (will get to that later). Everything else is just attacking until the individual breaks.

So, to get to the point: you already know how they attack, and now you know how they defend.

Now comes the most interesting part, your methods of fighting back. How do you even attack a state and its police without getting hurt in the process?

If you follow the steps I am about to give you, steps I wish someone had told me much earlier when this all started, you will have a clear path. These methods, even when used against the most corrupt and murderous individuals in positions of authority, will render their power and tactics completely useless. First, you need to know how to grab their arm; then, how to twist it.

So, here is your first rule: everything and anything that can be done to hurt your enemy is doable. Even if you get hurt in the process, as long as the common denominator is that they get hurt too, it is acceptable. (I am not talking about violence, the use of violence, or anything related to it, unless violence is inflicted upon you first. Then, by all means, defend yourself. There are laws regarding legal self-defense, so find out what your state or country says about it and practice those measures.)

I will walk you through the process from when the torture starts:

Phase 1 – The Beginning:
When you first wake up, you see people stalking you, and you are hit with different sensations that cause pain. At this very initial stage, almost nothing can be done other than enduring the torture and finding places away from crowds. This is when most people flip out and start doing stupid things, calling the police, attacking neighbors, and so on. As I said before, at this stage, your main concern is to preserve yourself and avoid being placed in a mental institution or having your passport taken away by these cowards.

Phase 2 – Returning to Home and Work:
At this stage, do not think about running away or traveling abroad, unless you already have an established home or a source of income outside the country where the torture started. I will help you design the best trap for these cowards, and it only works if you stay put and do not get labeled as "crazy" by a psychologist.

1. Send a claim to the UN and any reputable human rights organizations.
2. Find organizations, individuals, or lawyers who actually help people like us who are being harassed by the state. Connect with them as soon as possible.

When you do this, the police cowards will have to respond. They usually do one of two things:

1. Send people to attack you using physical violence.
2. Increase the intensity of the torture.

Basically, they want to condition your brain to associate those steps with even more pain and harassment. That is when self-defense laws should be activated, if they attack you violently, or send individuals to beat you up, protect yourself at all costs. I don't care how you do it, but make sure they don't get away with it. Regardless of the consequences, defend yourself.

If they only increase the torture, however, we continue the plan.

They usually send people to stalk you using their cars. You need to harass them back. If someone puts their headlights on you, slow down, let them pass, and then do the same to them. If they brake-check you, have a dashcam, record it, and post it online or report it.

They stalk you at work, on the streets, at the supermarket, everywhere. This is where you use the best method I have ever used: fake a phone call. Talk out loud as if you are on the phone, saying anything you want, without ever giving them proof that you are addressing them directly (because they want you to get angry at the stalker). This is basically making their own civilian stalker or community watch knows more than the police version of the story. The police then have to share their operation with much bigger and more individuals, and the bigger it is, the more people around you know. The more people knows, the more the police gets scared since their secrets and crimes commited aganist you, being shared to different individuals in your community, who dosent know the background of the stalking and then the domino effect starts, since those stalkers who heard you talking will share your version of the story with the community, and thus through the years while you making fake phone calls, more people now knows the background of the torture and thus becomes a liability to the police since they now know too much, more than they supposed to know. (usually start the phone call by countering the police claims as you are mentally ill, by saying '' Oh the police told you iam crazy this time? or a drug dealer ? or a criminal? or what is the story they told you this time'' instantly make them aware that you know that the police told them to do something aganist you, and the police claims are false.

Using this method will absolutely mess with them. You can mention the Myron May case, call them names, harass them back, and tell them how it ended for other people like them who joined these operations. You can ask pointed questions, like: "Why did the police cowards send you here while their boss hides outside in civilian clothes?" While using this method, be as harsh and dehumanizing with your words as possible, use race, religion, color, body shape, or whatever you think will wound them. At the end of the day, you are speaking on the phone, not directly to the stalker.

Using these methods will frustrate the police immensely. They will demand that you stay silent and accept the torture. If you accept that, even once, they will do the most horrible things to you and your family, and they will enjoy it. So do not be silent. You are not on the wrong side of this war. They are the criminals, the murderers, and everything in between.

These methods will exhaust the police force as they keep trying to exhaust you. The more resilient you are, the more aggressive they become, and the more mistakes they make. They are not that powerful after all, I promise you. They are just a group of cowards with authority, money, and technology. Nothing more.

Update: know that iam getting alot ot heat saying everything in here, my methods and what i do and how i fuck with them. They hate me because they cant control me, so use those methods and make everything counts. Those things i explained should get you the war just fine, and if not, it will make sure that you point at the right direction if anything happens to you or your family.

So, just before I start: know that I have been in this war for a very long time. Basically, I kept poking the cowards from every side and from every angle, until I found on weakness that can be taken advantage of.

You see, the whole system is built on secrecy and conspiring. And as I have mentioned before, it's best to talk and post about everything very early, and that should happen right after you get targeted, this will limit their ability to do everything freely.

Now comes liability. Liability in this context is about who gets the legal responsibility for the whole targeting thing. Honestly, the cowards will do everything to keep their identities hidden. So they send their cowards at the targeted individual to harass him in masses, and use civilians as shields. So civilians take the heat, or get offed in the process, while they remain operating and hidden.

• ⁠To use this method, you can't be stamped crazy (by a psychologist). So do your best to survive the initial wave, then you can basically hang them using only liability. And wherever you are, don't move; stay in one place all through the targeting. This will intensify this method's effectiveness.

First of all, what do we actually know?
The police cowards tell those around you that you are a bad person who is being investigated for something, or that you are someone they need to keep an eye on, right?

Exposure is a must:

• First of all, when the targeting kicks off, with DEW and gangstalking (if you have both), you basically have to absorb the torture initially. However, you need to be vocal from the get-go (don't go to the police and report anything). You need to report to the UN, and you need to find lawyers or organizations that don't fall under the corrupt system's control (look for organizations and lawyers who had similar problems with the state cowards). This will instantly put the corrupt system on the defense.

Then you need to use the fake phone call to expose their crimes to the community. This method effectivness is that you can say whatever you want, expose their crimes to the low levels, talk about how they killed family members, or whatever you think worth exposing, therefore, around you, they will start sending their most trusted snitches to do the harrasment, which lead them right into your trap. Even though they know this strategy and how i think about it, they have no solution for countering this method (that is battle tested). Add to that by staying in one place and fighting both legally and mentally, you make them use more resources to recruit more individuals who the courrpt system can trust, that even what you say, they wont repeat it or tell others about the crimes they heard you saying about the police.

Then comes Liability

They literally killed people who helped them target either me or my family, just out of fear of what they might say that can be connected back to them. so thats their main weakness. Exposure and liability. That far i know.

So my idea is this (this is not battle tested yet, but has the potential). Basically, expsoure forces them to choose who comes around you, gets to know about the police crimes (from your mouth using fake phone calls), and that is your chance to acctually video those individuals. They will be a few, and those are the ones your targeting case or public exposure should be pinned to. Meaning, you dont need to attack the system from top down, but you need to attack the system from down top.

Read this part again, '' They literally killed people who helped them targeting either me or my family, just out of fear of what they might say that can be connected back to them. so those are their main weakness. Exposure and liability. That far i know''.

Also regarding the Directed Energy weapons torture, I think there was a guy named Ler Ben or Ben Ler on Twitter who acctually got diagnosed for Havanna syndrome, maybe we should get that diagnoses as well. This will very much verify our claims.
