Does anyone have any insight on if work is slow over at the refineries (not company specific just in general).

I hear they offer OT when the work picks up and I’m desperate for OT.

First time coach!

I’m coaching 8-9 Girls and as I’m drawing up plays I’m starting to think it might be overwhelming for them.

In my head I’m planning on drawing up 8-12 pretty basic plays (total) across 2 different formations. I’m thinking that’s simply not enough options and will be pretty limiting as the game goes on.

Is there a point that you just draw up plays in game and go to the play sheet for situation specific scenarios?

Is 8-12 plays too much to ask them to know?

Any playcalling tips are appreciated!

What program can I use to make something similar to fit into arm sleeves for 9u girls?

Any tips and tricks for a new coach is also appreciated!

- shipped out all of our veteran d men and zelly
- shipped out mctavish (who admittedly had a bad season) for draft picks
- shipped out Ross and viel who were solid 4th liners who brought energy and grit
- potentially losing LEO AND MINTY
- no big moves in FA all while sitting on a pile of money (2nd in cap space)

I thought after our playoff run last season that we’d be buyers because we completed the rebuild. All of the moves PV has made since draft day have made us WORSE than we were after our 2nd round exit.

I can’t help but think that we’re reentering the rebuild phase.

Why bother drafting and developing players, then when they find success, deciding to NOT pay their worth??

This is just my thoughts at this moment after hearing about Leo. I hope this gets figured out and we become a better team.

I finally applied for VR&E for an electrical apprenticeship through the IBEW. I started the 5 year apprenticeship March of 2025. I was hesitant to apply because I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do the work. Now that I’ve been working for a year it’s clear that I can. I don’t want to burn through all of my GI bill and have heard that VR&E doesn’t use it.

With that being said;

What are the chances I get approved?

Does anyone have any experience going through the process for a trade apprenticeship?

So does anyone have an idea of when our round 2 series will start?

If Utah wins tonight then game 7 on Sunday. I’d guess a Tuesday start.

If Vegas wins tonight when do you think we’ll play?

I got home game 1 tickets and will be out of town this weekend so I’m a little worried
