Albo is a Little Too Happy; Advice/Suggestions?

Hello good people of Reddit. I have a monstera albo (pictured below) that was only recently up potted into a bigger pot about two to three months ago. It immediately fell in love with the pot and started putting out new large finnestrated leafs like crazy. It all sounds like a great thing but I have three issues:

  1. All of the new aerial roots are missing the moss pole

  2. I keep having to move up my grow light and my other plants are getting less of a benefit from them now.

  3. the roots have already started to fill up the new pot and are coming out of the bottom, as shown.

So my questions are as follows:

  1. How can I get the aerial roots back to the correct direction of the moss pole, or should I air layer and propagate?

  2. What can I do to make it so that I don’t have to keep raising the light and the other plants are still well lit?

  3. Is it okay for me to again repot it within the next 6 months since the roots have gone so crazy?

I look forward to hearing all of your replies. :)

LFG: Daggerheart in Austin (In-Person or Online)

Hello everyone! I moved to Austin about two years ago after completing my PhD. I left behind a board game group and very close friends that I regularly played games with and have been itching to find a regular group. In particular, I'd like to play Daggerheart if possible.

The main purpose of this post is to gauge interest in forming or finding a group that is playing/or would like to play Daggerheart. I have played DnD for multiple years, and this summer, while traveling, I played a one-shot in Daggerheart and absolutely loved the system. Ideally, we'd meet Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays once every two to three weeks. I can't host, but I am happy to search out venues that we could attend. I'm near southeast Austin, but am happy to commute to the north or somewhere in the middle. I'm also open to playing virtually/remotely. My past groups have had subscriptions to Owlbear Rodeo, and I've gotten comfortable playing in that setting. I don't have any experience as a GM, so if we don't find one right away, I'm happy to keep the group as a general board game group till we find one.

Please let me know you're interested or if you have or know a group playing Daggerheart that would be willing to take in another party member.
