Spicy meatballs, mozzarella, pesto on ciabatta
Had to eat it with a fork & knife but it hit the spot. There's a slice of mozzarella on the bottom too. The heat comes from chili flakes in the sauce.

Good interior designer?
I have lived in my house for 10 years without painting, but it's something I'd like to do soon.
But - I'm not sure I judge my taste in colours enough to put paint on the walls for the next 10 years plus.
Has anyone got experience of a Welly interior designer you can recommend? I don't know how much these things cost, but before investing whatever it costs to paint the house, I feel like I should get advice.
Are there things I should be looking out for? I assume it's not about the designer's taste matching mine or liking the styles in their portfolio because that's their clients' taste...how to tell who is better than another?

Schnitty sandos
Photo a bit shit, but the taste was bang on.
Idea came like lightening - melted some cheese on half a brioche English muffin (impulse buy) and put a buttermilk fried chicken tender, tomato slices and a dollop of gochujang mayo on the other half. Beautiful.

Who replaces doors & hinges?
Hi all - I have an old exterior door that needs replacing. It has a lock bolt that matches the lock on my front door so I just need to use the one key so I'd like to transfer that to the new door.
What role do I call to do this job: a builder, a locksmith, both? Special door person?
And would that same role also replace rusted/stiff window hinges?
