Mirtazapine caused pms!!

I've had really bad pms for years in my early thirties. I thought I cured it by supplementing b12. Now at almost 37 I suddenly have really bad pms again. Turned out it wasn't the b12 that cured it, but around the same time I also quit Mirta that I had used for a couple of years. Now I'm back on Mirta for 6 weeks and poof, pms is back!!! What the helly! Only on 1,875mg now and 3,75mg before. Years in between nothing with no pms either.

Always alert

I cant recall exactly when it started but for sure when I was 23 and came back from travelling abroad. Im 36 now. I am always hypervigilant. My mind is always on and I cant sink into my body. I think its because I'm always alone and have to be somewhat responsible or nothing would happen, like cleaning, groceries etcetera. Im more relaxed when I live among other people and I can share the burden of getting through the day or life in general. Unfortunality living together causes other types of anxiety which unfortunality makes it impossible. How do other people cope with living by themselces? Also stuck in their head?
