I thought this was an interesting stat. We’re actually first in drives per game but only 10th in free throw attempt rate.

That’s probably why it feels like we suck at layups. I know some of them we just miss, but it also feels like refs are not really calling shooting fouls as much for us either.

Eric Apricot confirmed with a league source that Rupert’s salary counts toward the cap. The exception allows us to go over the cap to sign a replacement, but we can only offer the unprotected minimum.

This probably means we won’t be able to sign another player to temporarily take Jocyte’s roster spot until she comes back because we won’t have enough cap space to sign anyone else and we’re only allowed to go over the cap for Rupert’s replacement specifically
