1st round exits for Filipino shuttlers in the BWF world champs. what should we be doing?

for people who follow PH badminton, especially those who compete and coach at the highest level, ano ba ang kulang sa atin?

should we be sending our national team members abroad for training more often? or even relocate our national team's training to countries like Malaysia entirely?

how can we get sponsors from the private sector? like how Indonesia has Djarum club, sponsored by a tobacco company, which produces many members of their national team.

can we do what France did to develop their own national team? or do what Canada did to produce someone like Victor Lai?

what should we be doing?

badminton training culture in the PH

just wanted to ask how badminton training culture is here, especially those badminton academies that produce nationally top ranked players

is it more of positive reinforcement or super strict, military style?

sa province kasi namin, nakakasama ko sa queuing yung mga provincial athletes and yung ibang coaches daw grabe magalit and magmura during training

ask ko lang if this is normal sa training culture natin, or sa high levels ba does positive reinforcement while still being strict work?

need help in planning out my future career in Germany

for context, my background is that I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering

I'm also a licensed chemical engineer in the Philippines, however I don't have any professional experience as a chemical engineer

I'm currently working in IT, on the corporate side—mostly technical sales and engaging different people like contractors and suppliers

I'm learning German and plan to get to B2 before I go to Germany

I'm aiming to work in the chemical industry (or even other industries related to chemistry and chemical engineering) and have narrowed down my options to the following:

  1. getting a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering (optionally with a focus on Renewable Energy and Sustainability as these were my interests in college—which I ended up doing a thesis about)

  2. doing an Ausbildung as a Chemikant or Chemielaborant

  3. try directly applying for entry level jobs (like Junior Process Engineering positions)

Given all of this, I wanna ask if there are other options aside from those which I've mentioned or if anyone has any additional advice regarding my specific situation.

Looking forward to talking to someone about this, as I really want to pursue a career in Germany's chemical industry.

Vielen Dank!
