Looking for a PAL or High-Risk Discord Server

Cross posting from the r/pregnancyafterloss daily thread:

Hi everyone. I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant after a prior loss and was recently diagnosed with VCI, which has made my anxiety pretty overwhelming lately.

I’m realizing I probably need more PAL/high-risk focused support spaces right now. Online and asynchronous works better for me because my schedule doesn’t accommodate the in-person or online support groups that meet via Zoom.

Does anyone know of any active Discord servers for PAL or medically complicated pregnancies?

I rarely use Reddit, but wanted to post here because I thought someone may know of an active PAL or high-risk Discord server.
