stolen ring
so im absolutely gutted, my ring was stolen from my car, they must have assumed it was a wedding band or something because it’s genuinely useless for someone to steal this. Anyways I go to the app to track it and the last location is at my home but i was wearing my ring for a solid 40 minutes after the last recording. It says the location is logged every 15 minutes when connected to the app but what does that mean? because at its last logged location i didn’t click the app so surley that means it doesn’t need to be open which means the location isn’t dependent on whether the app is open or not if that makes sense. I’m pretty sure it was stolen in my car so I will know 100% if it was there before I left for my shift and reconnected when I entered my car after my shift because that would have connected to my bluetooth. Maybe i’m wrong about this so any help would be appreciated. Also what are the chances they would replace this ring for me?
