I’m staying in a condo for three months along the beach. I see these spots in the hallway of the condo and on the couch. Is this dangerous? Should I leave? The bedrooms don’t have anything on the ceilings at all.

The last GREAT electric I had was my boosted long board and also mini. The handling, acceleration, braking, and remote was flawless. This was 2016-2019, now I understand the company is bankrupt which is mind boggling to me. The last board I’ve had is a Meepo shuffle x4, and to me it was a troublesome board. It belt unsecured and dangerous to ride.
Does anyone actually have good recommendations for a board? This would be for leisure. I used my boosted boards in college to get back back-and-forth from class at the time.

Right now I am on my second power zone program and I am feeling more fatigued than normal. My nutrition is good and so is my daily sleep. I take creatine daily. 190-195lbs 30M
Looking for advise, what has worked for you? I’m trying to find a happy medium between muscle and cardio through cycling.

Day 1:
Push or Pull - 50ish mins
45 min bike Z3/Z4
5 min cool down
5 min post stretch
20 mins sauna
Day 2:
(light) Leg Day - 50ish mins (Light leg press 3x12-15, Light Bulgarians 3x10, leg curls, and an abductor exercise)
Day 3:
Push or Pull- 50ish mins
45 min bike Z2/Z3
5 min cool down
5 min post stretch
20 mins sauna
Day 4:
Rest
Day 5:
Push or Pull - 50ish mins
60 min bike Z2/Z3
5 min cool down
5 min post stretch
20 mins sauna
Day 6:
Heavy Legs - 60ish mins (Includes squatting 315lbs+ for 3 sets of 8-12 reps, RDL 3x10, Leg extensions, Leg curls, calves)
Day 7:
Rest
