Swimming in pool injection site

I swim in a chlorine gym pool as my pain doesn’t cooperate with land exercises. Anyone inject daily and swim? Asking specifically about injection site reactions. Thanks

Menstrual Migraines Success Story. from 4-8 a month to 0 hormonal migraines. Successfully managed for 2 years and going strong!

***NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE ONLY don’t come at me please. This protocol was life changing for me. We don’t discuss the natural curve of the hormones enough so please bring up with your provider***

I’m 42 yo and Like the title says I suffered with hormonal migraines since starting a stressful job at 37 yo. Cortisol steals your progesterone. I would get migraines like clockwork around day 10, and then some during the month. After about 2-3 cycles of starting topical E and P, I continue to have a migraine free month unless I trigger them with lots of gluten or processed foods.

As far as my protocol, I follow the natural cycle hormone cycle just giving myself a boost where the highs and lows of E and P- here’s the graph!

Each night I use topicals on inner arms or belly:

Days 1-7 ish I will do 1 drop of P oil (young living) and a half pump of E (quicksilver)

Days 8-21 ish I bump up the E to a full pump and do 2-3 drops P

Days 21-24 ish ( my cycles are short) go back to protocol of day 1-7, sometimes every other day.

E and P I use:
Progesterone Oil From YL - I do buy it off eBay from any reputable seller with the oil sealed. I’m sure there are other wild yam oils but this works so well and my mom uses it at 72 also, so I do too! I CANNOT tolerate synthetic progesterone.

Quicksilver Pro Estradial +

For some reason I can’t find it on the quicksilver website and I get it from Fullscript anyway. Other online shops carry it too I just haven’t bought from anyone else.

I also take 1000mg Chasteberry daily in AM from Gaia (helps with your own production of progesterone) 25mg of DHEA in AM from Life Extension (helps with testosterone), and 25mg of Progenelone at night (helps all hormones) and with this stack I had some reduction of migraines for a couple years but they didn’t completely go away until I added E and P.

Eating cruciferous vegetables also will help, eating low or no gluten and spicy foods and no fast food/soda/artificial sweeteners. Keep processed foods to a minimum. Sadly I tried to eat an Impossible Burger from Burger King and a diet orange Fanta just to check
If it would still trigger a migraine like it did 3 years ago and it sure did lol. So it’s a mostly whole food (vegan) diet for me. Again changing diet helped, but would still get the hormonal migraines until the E and P was added.

All the best to you and lmk if you have any other questions ❤️
