I’ve recently finished building and painting the Mortisan Elite spearhead and have had a lot of fun playing spearhead but just can’t win a game. I’ve been playing against my friends who play Bleak Host Maggotkin and Tide guard Deepkin and every game my units barely make it to turn 3. Looking for general advice or strategies to keep the limited models alive longer. So far what I’ve learned is I’m better off moving as one big army. If the two three man units get split up they can’t help each other and just get picked off.

Also looking to play something different with our other two OBR spearheads, but have not seen any rave reviews for the Kavalos Vanguard. The rules seem both kind of boring and confusing to me. Tithe-Reaper Echelon sounds fun worth it, and from what I can see online would be worth it to grow my OBR army as a whole.

Any tips and advice is appreciated!
