With TB adding the enchirito back, I attempted to recreate it at home. It was freaking delicious, hints of the original, but ultimately was disappointed. Anyone have the real recipe for the sauce? The filling was super close.
Did you do a recent remodel and have a working dishwasher you need to get rid of? (Hardwire or plug, does not matter) I am in Oregon City, will travel Milwaukie, West linn, Lake Oswego , Tualatin etc, anything within 10 to 15 miles.
