I recently made a refund/withdraw of money from lalamove wallet (May 30). They said na to wait for 10 banking days para ma process yung refund. Today, I saw in lalamove history that it was refunded already (yesterday, June 1, around 3:47PM). Now, I already checked my attached number (linked to my Gcash Account) na hiningi nila prior and my debit card (Maribank) linked to lalamove account, but the money was not refunded to any of my accounts.

Is this normal na hindi mag reflect kaagad sa either gcash or maribank ko yung pera? Please help, baka may same situation ^^ ang useless ng live chat nila :|
