Does anyone know how to disassemble the captured guide rod on the ORPs? And if there are any other alternatives other than the brass/aluminum ones that patriot defense make?
Yes the color is uneven and little weird, the dot gets darker /orange near the edge. Significantly better than red if your eyes are fucked.
Just kidding, I have 4 sp01s and 3 p01s. These Jericho ORP fill in a nice gap CZ left between the sp01 and the optic ready shadow, while being only sub 600-700 (when they are in stock). These things have a couple minor improvements from classic CZs, but fitting perfectly in P320 safariland holsters is pretty huge for me.
I took inspiration from several other people's setup and modified it for my Amazon rig. Rubber decoupler by themselves allows too much lateral movements, and with the seat angled back, the front decoupler tends to lift which is not the direction you want to go as far as load bearing is concerned. Adding the front hinge like another poster had solves both of those problems. There are nearly zero viberation transfer to the rest of the frame, and almost no forward backward flex as you smash a loadcell.
