My little brother bought this gs300 about a year ago and it had all this body damage, just wondering if it is fixable and if it would be worth it

I did the valve covers gaskets on my 2001 gs300 and accidentally put this one on too tight, what’s the best way to get it out? If I take off the valve covers again there still should be about half the threads left so it is save-able right? It’s my lil bros car but his ahh never works on it
