Savings in Australia

For those who migrated to Australia, how do you grow your money aside from superannuation? Right now in PH, I have funds in digital banks with interest and some stocks. I'm just wondering if it is still beneficial i-continue 'to since it's still going to be in PHP? Do you guys do something equivalent like this in AUS or is the superannuation enough? Just thinking ahead on how I can save and budget my expenses once I get there. Thank you so much in advance

Custom Object EIB access

We have a use case where we need to limit a user's access to load EIB against a custom object. Here are the steps I have taken:

  1. Created EIB for custom object spreadsheet template

  2. Created an integration system security segment and added the EIB created in step 1

  3. Created an unconstrained sec group and assigned Get and Put access to Custom Object Management domain

  4. Created a segment based security group using the sec group created in step 3 and assigned it access to the segment created in step 2. I also gave the segment sec group access to View and Modify for Integration Events domain and Get and Put access to the custom object's assigned domain (in this case, Manage: Project)

Lastly, and I think this is where it gets wrong, we assign users with a user based security group that has a View and Modify access to Integration Events domain as well.

For workday delivered EIB, they typically have a separate domain for them so even if we do assign users to this user based group, we can still restrict their access because we will just not give them access to the domain.

For custom object EIB though, it seems to be not working. Once that user based security group gets assigned to them, they can access every integration system and the segment restriction isn't working. However, I cannot really find any documentation anywhere in Community that states this. It seems that only Integration Events domain is needed to access Custom Object EIB

Am I right in my understanding? Please let me know otherwise. Thank you so much in advance

Virtual cards / Single Use Cards

Are there any organizations here that was able to implement virtual cards in Workday? I would love to know how it works and what kind of setup you did. How are you recording the transactions in Workday?

We are looking to implement this for expense transactions

Restrict access based on worker type

We have administrators and their task and responsibilities are separated based on worker types. For example, admin A only handles employees and admin B handles contingent workers. Is it possible to restrict their access based on the employee data they handle?

Currently, what we are doing is to create a custom org and assign workers to that org so that we can use it as a restriction in an intersection sec group. Just wondering if there are any other workarounds for this?

Thank you for any thoughts!

Bill only requisition type

Why can't we select a Bill only Requisition Type at Checkout? I found some posts in the Community that says it's because bill only requisition types does not require a Deliver-to and Ship-to address. However, I cannot really make the ship to address optional in the Create Requisition task. Does that mean I cannot select a bill only requisition type ever in checkout? We do not have Inventory area enabled.

Thank you!!!!

When an invoice is generated and printed, users can download the PDF and edit it using PDF editing tools. This is also true when sending invoices to customers or suppliers.

Is there any way in Workday so we can generate invoices that are read only?

Thank you very much!
