dryness, burning and itching even with ovaries left? what has helped?
so i’m 1 year post op and i kept my ovaries but i think with hormone changes throughout the month i have horrible dryness, burning and itching. i never had this before my surgery and it seems to flare up the worst around when my cycle would be. i’m 35 so i thought maybe perimenopause but i had labs done a couple times and hormonally everything looks fine. if you experienced this what has helped?

so the question was why they plan on doing about the block between us but i’m curious about how to read the crossroad card
i’m still new and learning and i normally read tarot so im not sure if its the same way with lenormand. but with the crossroads could the cards on either side of it show the two different paths available?
can you also look at the facing positions as well like when the rider or man or lady show up? i’m just so curious to learn what role the imagery plays when reading with these

my doctor i’ve been seeing for years recently announced he’s closing his practice and i’m trying to find a new llmd to treat me. i checked ilads and didn’t have any luck
